The Muse Cabernet Sauvignon is evocative of the spirit and seductiveness of Margaret River cabernet – rich blackcurrant and chocolate aromas; deep, dark cherry and blackberry concentration, toasty oak and a creamy texture.
95 from Jordan, 94 from Halliday and Stelzer, 93 from Walsh and Hooke. Not bad stats.

The Muse Cabernet Sauvignon is evocative of the spirit and seductiveness of Margaret River Cabernet - rich blackcurrant and chocolate aromas; deep, dark cherry and blackberry concentration, toasty oak and creamy texture.
Sourced from three vineyard sources in the central Margaret River region (Wallcliffe) situated on gravel, karri loam and clay.
An oak regime of 20% new and 80% one & two year old barriques for 18 months. All savoury earth and spice, sweet black-fruits and chocolate mocha. Delicious.
Brad –
Plenty has been packed into this powerful expression of Margaret River cabernet. Blackcurrant and dark chocolate on the nose with a subtle mix of savoury oak. The palate is deeply concentrated with ripe firm tannin and liberal oak to support it. Still controlled and focused with a sustained finish. A wine with great cellaring potential – 95 points.
Ray Jordan
Brad –
Highly polished and fragrant bouquet of pure cassis, cedary, fine French oak and a little highlight of violet; the palate is soft and amply-fruited on entry, with fine grained tannins taking the fruit on a long and full-blooded ride to the finish line.
James Halliday Wine Companion
Brad –
Chocolate, bay leaf, bit of spice, dark cherry and berries and a little sawn wood (positive). It’s medium bodied with abundant supple fine grained tannin that pulls a little chalky on the finish. Length, attractive and approachable choc-cherry flavours and an even tempered high quality appeal is my summary of this offering – 93 points.
Gary Walsh – Winefront
Brad –
A powerful, structured, full-bodied cabernet with loads of potential. Dark colour; chocolate and vanilla aromas with a hint of tomato. Some stemmy cabernet characters. Herbs, spice, vanilla and dark berries in the mouth, with grip and density – 93 Points.
Huon Hooke – Aust Gourmet Traveller WINE Magazine
Brad –
Margaret River reserve cabernet rarely clocks in at this price – and this is a true reserve, the highest of the three tiers in the revered pyramid of Brad. Impressively coiled concentration of blackcurrant fruit is constrained within a finely-woven cage of rigid tannins. An excellent expression of an outstanding season, capturing Margaret River’s hallmarks of graphite and high cocoa dark chocolate – 94 Points.
